The Pure Blue Japan Sashiko Type 3 Jackets are a continuation of their lineup of top-tier Sashiko jackets. When it comes to the dyes, the details, the construction, Pure Blue Japan Sashiko Jackets arguably stand above the rest. This Grey-Black version features an black-dyed base with a grey Sashiko weave for a generally dark jacket, but with some added color texture. These jackets will fade beautifully with time and wear, lightening in high wear areas to reveal some contrasting appearance.
Note: PBJ sizes come in numerical sizes only. Accordingly, please check the Size Chart to ensure you get the correct size. As reference, Richard (the main model in our photos) generally wears size M in American brands, and would wear size 4 in most PBJ tees, shirts, and jackets. These jackets are one-washed, so minimal shrinkage expected. However, we still recommend machine wash and hang-dry only.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs (currently closer to 170 lbs) wearing size 4 for a comfortable fit, neither too slim nor too relaxed. The size 4 will allow the model to layer some slightly heavier pieces underneath. Model can also fit into a size 3, but the jacket is very slim and looks too small on him.
